The iQOO 15, the main model, was released last year, featuring a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and a large 7,000mAh battery. Now, it seems that Vivo's sub-brand is preparing to introduce the iQOO 15T, which will be the third addition to the iQOO 15 lineup that already includes the standard iQOO 15, the iQOO 15 Ultra, and the iQOO 15R. Recently, a new leak has revealed additional information about this upcoming device. Reports say it will have a display with 2K resolution and use a MediaTek Dimensity chipset. The iQOO 15T is expected to come equipped with a main rear camera that has 200 megapixels. A Chinese source named Experience More (translated from Chinese) provided insights about the iQOO 15T on Weibo. The source claims the device will sport a 6.82-inch screen with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Additionally, it is said to contain a 200-megapixel Samsung HP5 main rear camera sensor. This aligns with earlier information shared by tipster Digital Chat Station (translated from Chinese). The new smartphone is anticipated to have a metal frame. Furthermore, the iQOO 15T is expected to operate on a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor. Its battery capacity is rumored to exceed 8,000mAh. It is also speculated to support 100W wired fast charging similar to the standard iQOO 15.

If the leaked information is accurate, both the battery and the rear camera would be significant improvements compared to the iQOO 15. The new smartphone is likely to be officially announced later this month in China. Nevertheless, iQOO has not provided any official updates about the forthcoming device. This new smartphone will join the iQOO 15R and iQOO 15 Ultra models. The iQOO 15 was introduced in China last October and features a 6.85-inch Samsung M14 AMOLED display with 2K resolution and a refresh rate that can go up to 144Hz. It is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, alongside up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. The phone has a triple rear camera setup with a primary sensor of 50 megapixels, a 50-megapixel periscope sensor, and another 50-megapixel sensor. On the front, the iQOO 15 includes a selfie camera with 32 megapixels. Its battery capacity is 7,000mAh and it supports 100W wired and 40W wireless fast charging.
