The Xiaomi 15T series is set to be launched worldwide on September 25. This series is likely to include two versions: the Xiaomi 15T and the Xiaomi 15T Pro. Before its expected release, details about the basic model have emerged. According to a source, the standard Xiaomi 15T will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultra processor. It should have a 120Hz AMOLED display and a battery capacity of 5,500mAh. A post by tipster Abhishek Yadav on X (formerly Twitter) mentions that the upcoming Xiaomi 15T will come with a 6.83-inch AMOLED display, a 120Hz refresh rate, and vision-protecting technology. This device is rumored to include a rear camera system from Leica, which features a Leica Summilux optical lens. The Xiaomi 15T is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultra chip. This processor was first introduced with the Poco X7 Pro 5G in January 2025. It is thought that the device will run on HyperOS. However, it is still unclear if it will be equipped with the new HyperOS 3, which is based on Android 16 and was announced last month.

The source also mentions that the Xiaomi 15T will have a 5,500mAh battery and might be capable of fast charging at 67W. Previously, a device identified as Xiaomi 25069PTEBG was found on Geekbench. It is believed to be the Xiaomi 15T, utilizing an octa-core processor that includes one prime core (3.25GHz), three performance cores (3.00GHz), and four efficiency cores (2.10GHz). In Geekbench AI’s single-precision and half-precision evaluations, it managed scores of 1,336 and 1,356 points, respectively. It also earned 1,974 points in the quantised test. The Xiaomi 15T was noted to run on Android 15 and has 12GB of RAM. Reports indicate that the Xiaomi 15T could be priced at EUR 649, which is about Rs. 66,000. It is expected to be available in one configuration with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The specifications for both the Xiaomi 15T and Xiaomi 15T Pro are said to be similar, except for their charging speed and processors.
