The Vivo X200 Ultra is set to make its debut in China shortly. In anticipation of the official unveiling, a company executive has shared a new teaser via social media, showcasing the device's aesthetics. The posted image highlights the thickness of the Vivo X200 Ultra in comparison to the iPhone 16 Pro Max. As the successor to the Vivo X100 Ultra, this model is expected to feature a dedicated camera button, similar to the recently released iPhone 16 series. It is rumored that the Vivo X200 Ultra will utilize the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and incorporate a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. Han Bo Xiao, a Product Manager at Vivo, recently revealed a teaser on Weibo that displays the middle frame of the Vivo X200 Ultra. The image illustrates the device beside the iPhone 16 Pro Max, emphasizing its sleeker silhouette. It is said to feature a design that resembles a "V-shape" and will have a new "dedicated" camera button positioned on the side for photography.

This camera button is characterized by a blue strip and is designed to support sliding gestures. It bears a resemblance to a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, allowing for convenient thumb operation. According to the executive, this button will enhance the user experience when capturing images or modifying settings in landscape mode. All devices in Apple’s iPhone 16 lineup include a dedicated button for quick access to the camera app. Earlier this week, Vivo showcased various teasers that highlighted the camera features of the Vivo X200 Ultra. Additionally, it has been confirmed that the phone will come equipped with a Vivo V3+ chip along with a VS1 chip tailored for imaging purposes. The official launch is anticipated for April in Vivo's home market.

Previous leaks suggest that the Vivo X200 Ultra will sport a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO BOE micro-quad-curved display that offers a 120Hz refresh rate. It may feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and include a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. Furthermore, it is expected to have IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. The device is projected to house a 6,000mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging capabilities.
