Ai+ Nova Flip 5G was introduced in India on Thursday, alongside the Ai+ Nova 2 5G and Ai+ Nova 2 Ultra 5G smartphones. This foldable device has a 6.9-inch AMOLED screen inside with a 120Hz refresh rate, plus a smaller 3.1-inch display on the outside. It operates with the MediaTek Dimensity 7300X processor and uses Android 15. The phone also features a 50-megapixel main camera, a 32-megapixel front camera, and a 4,325mAh battery that supports 33W charging. The price of the Ai+ Nova Flip 5G in India is Rs. 29,999 for the variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. It is offered in a Glacier White color and will be available for sale in India through Flipkart. Sales will start in May, but the exact date has not been announced by the company yet. The Ai+ Nova Flip 5G has a 6.9-inch AMOLED inner display with a resolution of 2790 x 1188 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a pixel density of 443 pixels per inch. It can reach brightness levels of up to 1200 nits, shows 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color range, and provides 10-bit color depth. The display also features 2160Hz PWM dimming. The external part of the phone includes a 3.1-inch AMOLED cover screen.
Ai+ states that the Nova Flip 5G runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, combined with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of uMCP 2.2 storage. It comes pre-installed with Android 15, along with NxtQ OS. Regarding photography, the Ai+ Nova Flip 5G has a 50-megapixel main rear camera that can zoom digitally up to 10 times and is paired with a 2-megapixel depth sensor for taking portrait photos. This foldable phone is designed to take sharp pictures even when it is partially folded or in hover mode. On the front side, it has a 32-megapixel camera for selfies and video chats. The Ai+ Nova Flip 5G is equipped with a 4,325mAh battery that allows 33W wired charging, compatible with PD3.0 and PPS standards. It supports dual 5G SIM cards, Bluetooth, NFC, OTG, GPS with L1 and L5 bands, and comes with a USB Type-C connection. Built-in sensors consist of a hall sensor, a gyroscope, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for added security. The phone is 7.2mm thick when folded and has a weight of 193 grams.
